Would love any tips on how to handle this problem. Baby's skin is red and scaly, Dr.'s say he may outgrow it. We keep his skin moisturized. Would love any feedback.

I dont know a whole lot about it, but my kids have eczema. Things that I find help that may help you: cotton breathable clothing only, no polyester, I bathe them with baby oil in the bath and then moisturize with Vaseline while the skin is still wet and pat dry. Does cortisone cream help?

All of his clothes are cotton. We were using a very low percentage Cortisone cream recomended by his doctor in CA. We are now living in Germany and his new doctor advised against it because it has a tendancy to thicken the skin. I will try your suggestin re putting baby oil in his bath. Thanks! :)
